Teams travel around the board accumulating points; responding to questions and case studies that uncover and tease out different elements of leadership. The main aim is for every person to draw lessons, recognise principles and reflect on “self”. In any session, participants will discover, by playing the game and engaging with the content, reflect on what they have learnt about self and others and then plan on what are the personal and collective changes that will help stimulate greater quality of leadership.
Participants have told us;
“I didn’t really understand how hard I worked and how I had to dig to really understand my DNA, but it was worth it”.
“This game is a mirror, you can lie”.
