This ½ day workshop supports leaders to explore the journey from ‘I’m not a racist’ to being actively anti-racist. From Bystander to Ally provides clear and tangible changes that leaders can implement personally and then use to support the organisation’s cultural transformation.
Leaders have the space to reflect on their learning journey, what they’ve discovered about themselves and race, what they’ve learnt from others.
They will begin to explore how their new understanding will change thinking, behaviour and decision making. Leaders will identify concrete actions, personally and collectively, for becoming allies.
