Equality, Diversity and Inclusion leads are central to assisting their organisations with; the creation of equitable workplace cultures, advising on better practice, and leading on meaningful initiatives and interventions. EDI leads and specialists are expected to forge clear roadmaps on how these can be achieved. 

The AKD EDI Peer Networking forum intends to be a community of practice for passionate and committed individuals who share a responsibility or remit for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. It will provide a space where you can share ideas, experiences, and better practice, whilst supporting each other in advancing inclusion and diversity in your organisations.
