WiCompli has been designed to enable participants to explore the main concepts and principles of the GDPR in a fun and interactive way, with their personal growth and development at its core. WiCompli will enhance their level of competence and confidence when applying Data Protection in their role at work. It provides an exciting opportunity for them to develop their understanding of the new elements and significant enhancements that the GDPR brings to the current Data Protection Regime. It will also support meaningful discussions about privacy rights for individuals.

The WiCompli learning experience is developed around a learning game that acts as a tangible “talking pieces” in the learning environment sparking conversation, stimulating collaboration and creating an energising learning experience.

The WiCompli learning game is a very flexible tool and can be used by all colleagues, from frontline to senior management. It can be used for as little as 90 minutes up to a whole day, depending on the learning objectives and needs.

Our mantra is that “People learn more when they are having fun”. This tool encourages behavioural change and takes what may be seen as a dull topic and makes it relevant, fun and engaging.
