Fanatic about sports, passionate about people
#TellYourStory is a report we are proud of. Carried out in 2020 it used research, storytelling, and lived experiences to offer an authentic insight into racial inequality in sports. We worked with the Chief Executives of UK Sport, Sport Wales, Sport Northern Ireland, Sport England and sportscotland to bring this to life.
#HorsesforAll was commissioned by British Equestrian (BEF). The report uncovered the true reasons for underrepresentation in this sporting community. BEF Chair Malcolm Wharton were impressed with our work, commenting that “All The insight gained from this research puts us in a much stronger position to effect meaningful, systemic change”.

How can Africa be part of the global conversation?
We have ambitions to empower individuals, communities, and organisations in Africa through sports and physical activity. Often talents leaves the continent, and we envision a future where there are sustainable frameworks for talent to be developed within Africa. Our wishes align with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals across the continent. We fuse our connections with our expertise in leadership development, research, and consultancy to facilitate this change.
